RAW PRODUCT (RAWISM)
From the need to eat in a healthy and conscious way, Raws are born, 100% vegetable alternatives to cheeses with processing at temperatures no higher than 42 degrees, in order to safeguard enzymes, vitamins, mineral salts and all biological properties.
Their use is preferable raw, in salads, as an accompaniment to vegetable side dishes, in pinzimonio or on croutons.
But they can also be used as a condiment to enrich a first course, a quiche or a filling.
We use cashews because they are rich in nutritional properties!
Cashews contain less fat than other types of nuts. Additionally, most of their fat is made up of unsaturated fatty acids. They contain tryptophan, an essential amino acid precursor of serotonin, the hormone of good mood and melatonin that regulates the sleep-wake cycle!
Cashews also contain oleic acid, a substance considered healthy for the heart and vessels, and a flavonoid that protects the eyes from degenerative diseases of the macula.
