\nOur lasagna with totally vegetable ingredients have nothing to envy to traditional recipes. The rag\u00f9 is made with an excellent tomato sauce based on fresh vegetables in which the lentils, a legume rich in flavor and protein, have been cooked.
\nThe pasta is a puff of corn and rice, resistant and tasty, but gluten-free.
\nBetween the layers of dough, in addition to the lentil ragout and a sprinkling of flakes of yeast, a b\u00e9chamel enriched with our Cremosella <\/strong> <\/b>. And to finish on the surface our Casarella <\/strong> <\/b>, to give a touch of gratin with a racy appearance to the cut that makes your mouth water.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text woodmart_inline=”no” text_larger=”no”]<\/p>\n
